International Workplace Group (IWG) has agreed a deal to open 7,760 sq ft of flexible workspace under its HQ brand at Chatham Maritime in Kent.
The workspace will be located in the single-storey Dockside building, which sits opposite St Mary’s Island, a new 5,000-home residential community
The new HQ location will provide private offices, meeting rooms, co-working and creative spaces for established firms and start-ups.
