Chancerygate has sold five units at the £23m, 128,000 sq ft Genesis Park urban logistics development in South Wigston, Leicestershire.
Global catering equipment manufacturer Sammic has acquired a 9,500 sq ft unit, investor Stepnell has purchased a 4,800 sq ft unit, Personal Homecare Pharmacy, which already owns a 9,000 sq ft unit at the scheme, has expanded its operations at the park by buying an adjacent 5,800 sq ft unit, and two further units have been acquired by William & Phillips Holdings, adding to the unit it already owns.
A further 6,800 sq ft unit is currently under offer at Genesis Park, which comprises 15 units ranging from 4,800 sq ft to 18,500 sq ft. Four units are available at the development on a freehold or leasehold basis, ranging from 5,400 sq ft to 9,900 sq ft.
