Cushman & Wakefield has recruited residential valuation specialists Paul Winstanley and Beth Hill as partners within the firm’s living business.
Winstanley has spent the past seven years working in senior roles at JLL in the UK and New Zealand, and most recently served as head of residential strategic advisory UK. Prior to that, he was a partner at Allsop in the firm’s residential valuation team.
Hill worked alongside Winstanley at JLL, where she was most recently a director in the residential strategic advisory team. Prior to that she worked in the residential valuation team at Allsop.
In their new roles, the duo will advise a range of institutional funds, pension funds, REITs, property companies, developers and corporate occupiers. They will work closely with the firm’s transactional teams across the living sector, led by James Dunne.
