Cluttons hires new head of sustainability

Cluttons has hired Victoria Chater-Lea from Berkeley Group as the company’s new head of sustainability.

Chater-Lea was a sustainability manager at Berkeley Group and prior to that she was senior environmental adviser at Ferrovial Construction

At Cluttons, she will play a pivotal role in implementing and driving sustainability initiatives across a diverse property management portfolio, working alongside head of commercial Duncan MacIver.

Chater-Lea said: “I’m excited to drive the sustainability initiatives at Cluttons even further, a company that has adapted to and advised the UK property market since 1765. Corporate sustainability is a vital topic to incorporate into modern business discussions, and I look forward to leading these conversations with our teams and our clients.”
