Cluttons has launched a dedicated healthcare and senior living division.
Amanda Roddy, who was a director in the healthcare team at Avison Young, has joined Cluttons as a partner and founding member of the new team, with the new head of healthcare and senior living set to join the firm shortly.
The team will provide a full suite of consultancy and transactional services across independent healthcare, primary care and senior living, including valuation, agency, lease advisory and development and investment consultancy.
