Panattoni has let a 49,270 sq ft unit at Panattoni Park Brighton to Visual Comfort & Co on a 10-year lease.
The new facility comprises 43,010 sq ft of warehouse space and 6,260 sq ft of office space with a 33.8m yard depth, four level access doors, 10m clear internal height and 49 car parking spaces, including five EV charging points.
The unit features roof-mounted solar PV panels, rainwater harvesting and LED lighting and has an EPC A and BREEAM Excellent rating. Five further units ranging from 19,693 sq ft to 55,397 sq ft remain available to let at Panattoni Park Brighton.
