Colliers has appointed Philip Gardner from Knight Frank as the company’s first chief transformation and growth officer.
Gardner spent 15 years at Knight Frank, where he held a number of leadership roles across strategy, risk and operations. He most recently served as chief risk and operations officer at the company.
In his new role, he will lead a comprehensive review of Colliers’ procedures and explore how the firm can integrate new technology into the way it delivers advice to its clients. He will also lead on the integration of ESG principles into business activities, as well as upgrades to the firm’s workplaces.
