Colliers has appointed Stephen Eshelby as chief financial officer for its EMEA occupier services business.
Eshelby, who has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience spanning finance, operations and commercial strategy within the real estate and professional services sectors, previously held senior executive positions at JLL.
In his new role, he will help to scale Colliers’ occupier services platform, while further enhancing outcomes for clients.
