Colliers has appointed Charlie Edwards as director, EMEA capital markets industrial and logistics.
Edwards has more than 12 years of real estate investment and capital markets experience across the UK and Europe and previously served as an investment principal at Mirastar. Prior to this, he held roles at Anglesea Capital and GSA GP.
In his new role, he will be based in London and will focus on advising investors, developers and capital partners across the EMEA region, supporting transactions, portfolio strategies and capital deployment within the industrial and logistics sector.
