Colliers bolsters hotel team with senior hire

Colliers has bolstered its hotel team by hiring hotel development and investment specialist Richard Candey.

Candey, who is a former partner at Cushman & Wakefield, has more than 30 years’ experience of the hotel sector, and has spearheaded several high-profile hospitality projects, including Soho House White City, Pullman Liverpool and Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam. 

He also specialises in securing viable hotel solutions for stranded office or retail properties. Candey will join Colliers in March.
