Hortons has secured planning consent for a 68,000 sq ft warehouse at Saxon Park in Corby.
The Saxon 68 warehouse, on Oakley Hay Industrial Estate, is the final phase of a wider circa 334,000 sq ft industrial and logistics scheme.
Saxon Park lies four miles south west of Corby town centre and five miles north of Kettering. Hortons is targeting an EPC A+ and BREEAM Excellent rating for the unit.
