Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Rob Woods, formerly of CBRE, as a partner in its UK capital markets team.
Woods, who has more than 20 years’ experience in real estate advisory, was a senior director in CBRE’s capital markets team and earlier in his career he worked for Cushman & Wakefield.
In his new role, he will be based in Cushman’s Manchester office and will further strengthen the firm’s North West capital markets team.
Jon Leedham, head of retail, logistics and industrial at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “The strong performance of the North West logistics market is attracting top tier institutional money, and Rob’s expertise in that space will have a great impact on both clients and colleagues at Cushman & Wakefield.”
Jeremy Beckett, head of national capital markets at Cushman & Wakefield, added: “Rob’s experience and strong client relationships, combined with our specialist occupational logistics team led by Rob Taylor, with whom he will work closely, creates a powerful proposition in the region. We are delighted to welcome Rob to the team.”
