Dandara Living has secured planning consent for a new build-to-rent (BTR) scheme opposite Bristol Temple Meads train station.
Designed by Stride Treglown, the Clarence Road development will deliver a mix of 435 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments for private rent, alongside a range of communal and community facilities and public realm improvements.
The ground floor of the scheme will house a range of commercial, retail and community uses, alongside facilities for residents including a gym, house kitchen, lounge and co-working spaces.
The development site sits within the Bristol Temple Quarter and St Philip’s Marsh Regeneration Programme and will contribute to the 2,500 homes due to be delivered in the quarter.
