UK and European real estate investment company Enterprise Land has made three senior hires to support the firm’s ambitious growth plans.
Dominic von Felten (pictured), formerly in charge of real estate business development for Baloise Insurance Group’s Asset Management division, has joined as managing director and member of the management committee, Olivia Thornton has joined as director of risk management and Charles Stevens has joined as portfolio manager.
Enterprise Land was launched last month by Andrew Thornton, the former Principal Real Estate Europe head, and will initially focus on investment and development in the student accommodation, data centre and logistics sectors.
Thornton said: “I am thrilled to welcome Dominic, Olivia and Charles to the team. They will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to become a leading real estate investment player.”
