Evans Randall Investors has appointed Michael Hardman as development director.
Hardman, who has more than 20 years of real estate and development experience, joins from the Sovereign Wealth Portfolio, where he served as director of property development.
Prior to that, he enjoyed stints at firms including Colliers, HB Reavis, Gardiner & Theobald and EC Harris.
In his new role, Hardman will oversee the delivery of the firm’s current development pipeline and identify new opportunities aligned with Evans Randall Investors’ commercial strategy.
Ned Williams, managing director of Evans Randall Investors, said: “This is a critical period for the UK commercial real estate sector, with opportunities to capitalise on undervalued assets. Michael brings invaluable experience as we look to grow our pipeline of projects across London offices and strategic R&D initiatives in the regions.”
Hardman added: “This is a perfect time to be joining Evans Randall Investors, as the current market presents real opportunities for agile and forward-thinking investors and developers. I look forward to working alongside the leadership team to uncover new prospects, create long-term value, and help drive the continued growth and diversification of the firm’s portfolio.”
