English fashion designer Phoebe Philo has signed a five-year lease on a 30,000 sq ft building at the Notting Dale campus on Freston Road, London.
Phoebe Philo was previously creative director at Céline – the LVMH brand – and Chloé. She stepped down from her role at Céline three years ago and earlier this week she launched her first eponymous line of clothing.
The new building will act as the brand’s headquarters and showroom. Phoebe Philo joins a host of other fashion brands at Notting Dale, such as Stella McCartney, Monsoon Accessorize, Dune and Penelope Chilvers.
One London property source said: ”This is one of the largest office transactions in West London this year and highlights that the old adage about location remains as relevant as ever. Coupled with a clustering of like-minded businesses and good quality space of course.”
Frost Meadowcroft acted for Arena Property, the owners of Notting Dale. Phoebe Philo was not advised.
