The Fire Protection Association has signed for 13,200 sq ft on the ground floor of Pembroke House at Banbury Business Park.
The Grade A building, which has been comprehensively refurbished to provide modern, flexible office accommodation, has a strong on-site amenity provision, including a 3,500 sq ft restaurant.
Douglas Bonham, director in Colliers’ national offices team, which advised the Fire Protection Association on the letting, said: “This letting reflects the continued demand we are seeing for well‑specified, cost‑effective office accommodation in strong regional locations. Pembroke House offers occupiers a Grade A product with excellent connectivity and parking, at a price point that remains highly competitive when compared with central Oxford and wider prime Oxfordshire markets.”
