Firma Partners has appointed Omega Poole from LendInvest as head of capital markets.
Poole, who has more than 22 years of experience in real estate finance across fund management, capital raising and law, served as head of funds management at LendInvest.
Prior to that, she was partner and head of real estate debt advisory at Mishcon de Reya, which she joined from US law firm Brown Rudnick, and she held several commercial roles at CBRE UK.
In her new role, Poole will lead the development of Firma’s capital strategy, working closely with the executive team to strengthen the firm’s institutional and private capital investor base while also managing relationships with existing investors.
