J Pullan & Sons has completed more than 62,000 sq ft of lettings at Logistics Hub Howley Park Estate in Morley, Leeds.
Coptrin has expanded its footprint at the estate from 40,000 sq ft to 55,740 sq ft across Units 1, 2 and 4 on a 10-year lease and The Yorkshire Resin Company has taken 6,662 sq ft at Unit 5 on a 10-year lease. These lettings follow the recent occupation of an 18,940 sq ft unit by a national parcel delivery company.
