MEWA UK Textile Services has signed for a 10,000 sq ft unit at Gildersome Business Park in Morley, West Yorkshire, on a 10-year lease.
Yorkshire Housing has also signed for two units of 1,730 sq ft units at Gildersome Nano Park, which comprises eight hybrid office/workshop units of 1,730 sq ft and forms part of the same development. Following completion of the deals, Phase 1 of Gildersome Business Park is now fully let.
The scheme, which is located close to Junction 27 of the M62, has been developed by Bradford-based property company Frank Marshall Estates and The Nano Park Company.
