Flexible workspace operator infinitSpace has agreed a deal to open a new 103,000 sq ft site on Gray’s Inn Road in London.

The Fox Court site, which was formerly occupied by WeWork, is the company’s fourth – and largest – flexible workspace location in the capital and will operate under infinitSpace’s ‘beyond’ brand.

The building has recently been refurbished and will provide more than 1,700 workstations, meeting rooms, communal spaces and a wide range of amenities.

Wybo Wijnbergen, CEO of infinitSpace, said: “The opening of our eleventh, and largest, workspace is another incredibly exciting moment for everyone at infinitSpace. We have expanded our portfolio of locations at pace over the past 18 months, and this growth ought to accelerate even further in the months to come.

“Beyond Fox Court is a brilliant addition to our list of locations. It’s a place where people feel inspired to dream bigger, empowered to deliver, and connected to a thriving, supportive community, all while enjoying a sense of well-being and pride that transforms every workday. Having a vast space in the heart of London is rare – earning the chance to run a flex workspace of this size is a real testament to our track record for delivering world-class flex spaces, and we’re really looking forward to opening the doors and welcoming members next month.”
