Digital business service provider Teleperformance has signed for 24,000 sq ft at Bruntwood SciTech’s Bond scheme in Manchester for the company’s new UK HQ.
The French-headquartered business is opening a new hub in Manchester across three floors of the recently transformed Grade II listed building.
The building, which was formerly a 19th century bank, provides four floors of workspace and a wide range of amenities including a gym, contemplation room and shared lounge. Bond will soon also be home to steakhouse The Cut & Craft, which is due to open later this year.
Following the letting to Teleperformance, all 50,000 sq ft of workspace in the building is now fully let.
