Calling all senior figures in the housing industry! BE News is holding an important, free-to-attend ‘Spotlight on Single-Family Housing’ event in Birmingham next month and you are invited.
The event, which will take place from 11.30am to 2pm on Tuesday 19 November at Casa by Moda’s Loudon’s Yard scheme in Birmingham, will shine the spotlight on single-family housing and ask: ‘How do we unlock housing’s single biggest opportunity?
Sponsored by Bidwells, DWF, Placefirst and Yardi and hosted by Casa by Moda, the ‘Spotlight on Single-Family Housing’ will feature a keynote speaker, one-hour Question Time-style panel debate and networking for 80 of the most influential figures in housing and the wider built environment industry.
During the highly topical event, we will assess the sector’s potential, explore the role of AI, technology and data, ask what lessons can be learned from overseas markets, identify the incentives and policy changes that could drive sector growth and ultimately ask what role SFH could play in solving the housing crisis.
We are delighted to announce that the Question Time-style debate will feature expert panellists: David Mawson, chief executive officer at Placefirst; Paul Langford, strategic director, city housing at Birmingham City Council; Iain Murray, head of operational living at Bidwells; Melanie Williams, global head of real estate at DWF; Justin Harley, regional director at Yardi; and Liz Williams, expert on land acquisition, planning & development at Centre for the New Midlands. We will reveal the identity of our keynote speaker shortly.
If you are interested in attending, please email BE News head of client relations Sian Wilde at sian@benews.co.uk to secure your place, but be quick. Places are strictly limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
