Gateley Vinden has bolstered its quantity surveying and project management team in London and the South East with four new hires.
Simon Dewar, who has more than 30 years’ experience as a chartered quantity surveyor, joins the company as a consultant. Dewar spent 15 years with Gardiner & Theobald before co-founding Navigation Management where he spent 18 years delivering projects for residential developers and private and public sector clients across the South East.
Kenneth Lo, Simona Pala and Zorana Randelovic have also joined Gateley Vinden from Navigation Management. Lo joins the company as a senior surveyor and Pala and Randelovic join as surveyors.
All four appointments will work alongside director Anthony Meaden who heads up Gateley Vinden’s cost consultancy and project management offering within London and across the South East.
Gayle Taylor, managing director at Gateley Vinden, said: “We have collaborated with Simon for a number of years so there has always been a great synergy between us. As well as strong working relationships, all four appointments bring a wealth of experience across several key sectors. They will play an important role in strengthening our offering and I’m excited to see how the team will develop as our client base continues to expand in the South East.”
