GPE has appointed Jayne Cottam as the firm’s new chief financial officer (CFO).
Cottam most recently served as CFO of Assura from 2017 to December 2025 and prior to that she was finance director for operations at Morris Homes. Earlier in her career, she worked for the continental Europe division of metal recycler EMR and holiday and hotel operator Shearings.
Cottam succeeds Nick Sanderson who is stepping down as GPE’s chief financial and operating officer to take up the position of chief financial officer at Savills. She will join GPE on 16 March.
Sanderson will step down from GPE on 30 January 2026 and join Savills on 9 February as group CFO. He will be appointed to the company’s board on 12 March.
