Developer HBD is bringing forward a 71,000 sq ft, £20m GDV industrial and logistics scheme in Welwyn Garden City.
The INTER scheme will comprise three BREEAM Excellent and EPC A-rated units built speculatively by HBD, which is part of the Henry Boot Group.
Site preparation works have begun in anticipation of construction starting later this year and HBD has appointed Mitchell Design & Construction as contractors on the scheme.
