Helical has let the 9,572 sq ft twelfth floor of The Tower at The Bower office development at Old Street, London, to Audio Network.
The global music company, which will relocate to The Bower in November following the completion of minor alterations by Helical to the fitted space, has agreed an 11-year lease on the space with a tenant break option at year six.
Following completion of the deal, occupancy at The Bower has increased to 96.6%.
