HOK has promoted Brian Connolly to regional leader of its science and technology practice in London.
With more than 20 years’ experience, Connolly is an expert in designing complex research environments for corporations, universities and government agencies.
He has particular expertise in high-containment biological research facilities, where safety, security and operational efficiency are paramount, and is currently leading the design of a large confidential government research facility in the UK.
Connolly said: “Research environments must do more than serve a function – they must enable scientists to push the boundaries of discovery. I look forward to working with our London team to create adaptable, efficient facilities that evolve with science itself and enable groundbreaking research.”
