V7 Industrial has appointed Howard Hill from Indurent as director of asset and development management.
Hill has more than 15 years of experience in the logistics sector and was head of Northern logistics at Indurent.
His arrival comes during a particularly acquisitive period for V7 Industrial, having created a platform of more than 750,000 sq ft of logistics and industrial space in partnership with private equity and institutional investors. The firm is seeking to expand its portfolio further and is actively pursuing additional assets nationwide.
Henry Bunting, head of Industrial at V7, said: “It is fantastic to welcome Howard to the V7 Industrial team, and his data-led approach and deep sector knowledge will further strengthen our ability to source, unlock and optimise industrial assets across the UK. It is a sign of our capabilities and ambition that someone with Howard’s experience and expertise has chosen to join us, and reflects the opportunities that exist to deliver real value growth through asset and development management initiatives, across both our existing portfolio and future holdings.”
Chris Hunt, co-founder and director of V7, added: “Our aim with V7 Industrial is to bring to the industrial and logistics sector the same innovation, rigour and value creation that has been the hallmark of our successful office projects. With their considerable experience and insight, both Henry and Howard highlight the growing strength of our industrial team, with the speed and scale of our acquisition efforts demonstrating the breadth of our capabilities and our ambitions in the sector.
“There are considerable assets in the market with the potential for significant upgrades, and we are actively seeking new opportunities as we look to grow our platform.”
