Hollis has appointed Chris Tregilgas from CBRE as a director in the firm’s cost consultancy business.
Tregilgas has almost 20 years’ experience in cost consultancy and occupier solutions and spent more than a decade at CBRE helping to grow the occupier project management business and develop RCA capabilities across the UK and Europe.
In his new role, he will work with investors, occupiers and owners across London and the South East.
