Savills has made a series of new hires in its building and project consultancy (BPC) team covering the North of England.
Peter Knight (pictured) has joined the firm as an associate director specialising in cladding and fire, Will Smithies has been appointed as an associate director in the North development project management team to support the living and I&L sectors, Michael Booth has joined the dilapidations and professional team as a trainee surveyor, and Gemma Harvey has joined the business support team.
Gary Bulloch, head of Savills’ northern building and project consultancy team, said: “The new hires reflect the strengthening of our BPC teams in the North and in conjunction with our national network and beyond. We continue to build on our mission to provide composite solutions led by specialists. There’s a lot of activity in the North from retrofits to new builds and our new colleagues will all support us in achieving high quality results for our clients.”
