Hollis has appointed Nadha Dawood to lead its expert witness and litigation support service.
Dawood, who is a façade consultant with more than 18 years experience, joins the business from Wintech Engineering, where she spent 13 years.
She began her career with an architectural internship at Norr Architects in Dubai and went on to work as a façade engineer at Buro Happold, before moving to Wintech.
Dawood brings deep technical expertise across new builds, refurbishments and technical due diligence, alongside a strong track record in litigation support, expert witness services and strategic risk management.
Ashley Winter, regional managing director, London and the South East at Hollis, said: “Nadha bridges technical and commercial gaps for contractors, developers and legal teams. Her experience advising on complex disputes, coupled with her ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, makes her a fantastic addition to our business. As clients navigate increasing risk and regulatory pressure, particularly across building safety, ESG and lease events, her leadership will be instrumental in strengthening our expert witness and litigation support offering.”
Dawood added: “I’m excited to join Hollis at a time when the need for clear, expert advice has never been greater. Disputes today are more complex, often sitting at the intersection of technical, commercial and regulatory challenges. What attracted me to Hollis is its ability to bring together specialists across every dimension of the built environment. That joined-up approach creates real value for clients, helping them resolve issues early, manage risk effectively and make better-informed decisions.”
