UK residential operations platform Host has appointed Stewart Moore as chief executive officer.
Moore, who has more than two decades of senior leadership experience across the UK and European living sectors, played a central role in scaling CRM Students into one of Europe’s largest student accommodation operators and he was more recently a member of the executive team at Retirement Villages Group.
In his new role, Moore will focus on expanding the platform’s footprint in multi-family homes and co‑living, working with developers and owners seeking a hands‑on, commercially driven operating partner.
Moore said: “Host has been built around the needs of owners and developers who want an operator that genuinely understands the details of running residential assets. The living sector continues to grow well beyond traditional purpose-built student housing, and there is a significant opportunity in co‑living and multi and single family homes for platforms that can bring operational rigour, brand clarity and real on‑the‑ground experience.
