London & Oriental has let 5,512 sq ft of workspace on the second floor of Oaklands House in Sale to housing association Irwell Valley Homes.
There is now just 4,500 sq ft of Grade A space available to let at the building, which was recently comprehensively refurbished,
The available suite offers fully electric VRF air conditioning, a fitted kitchen, meeting room, feature lighting, raised floors and a stylish reception and business lounge.
