Indurent has completed circa 266,000 sq ft of new lettings at Indurent Park Newport, taking the park to 100% let.
Surveillance and security technology provider Oprema has signed for a 100,000 sq ft unit and will relocate to the park from its current base in Cardiff; aviation asset specialist AerFin has taken a 116,000 sq ft unit and is relocating to the park from Caerphilly; and an unnamed tech company has let a 43,500 sq ft unit.
In total, Indurent has delivered circa 775,000 sq ft of warehousing across 10 units at the park, which is located two miles from junction 23A of the M4.
The company intends to deliver a further 700,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space at the park in the coming years. Subject to planning, Indurent will commence the speculative development of 235,000 sq ft of new warehousing in the next year. There is also a build-to-suit opportunity for circa 620,000 sq ft of Grade A warehouse space.
