International Workplace Group (IWG) has signed for 21,364 sq ft of office space for its Spaces brand at Vastint UK’s Sugar House Island scheme in Stratford.
The company will occupy The Type Building – a CAT A office building at Chimney Walk, which comprises 220,000 sq ft of education and office space and 23,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space.
