Global Holdings Management Group has let the 7,811 sq ft fifth floor of Twenty Two Upper Ground on London’s South Bank to management consultancy firm Analysys Mason.
Twenty Two Upper Ground is part of Global Holdings Management Group’s Sea Containers development and offers 62,258 sq ft of workspace over eight floors.
Occupiers of the building have access to an array of amenities within the Sea Containers complex, including bookable meeting rooms, a gym, restaurants and bars.
Josh Lawrence, chief executive of Global Holdings Management Group UK, said: “We are thrilled that Analysys Mason have signed a lease agreement for the fifth floor of Twenty Two Upper Ground. This iconic building provides prime workspace in a sough after location less than a 10-minute walk away from Waterloo and Blackfriars.
