Shaftesbury Capital has let a circa 8,000 sq ft unit in Covent Garden, London, to premium causal dining restaurant group KIBOU Japanese Kitchen & Bar.
The site at 1a Tavistock Street, which will offer 210 covers when it opens early next year, will be the chain’s largest restaurant to date.
