JLL has promoted Peter Fullam to the role of head of UK rating.
Fullam, who has worked in the property sector for more than 20 years, has headed up JLL’s regional rating business since 2020.
Tim Beattie, who has led the firm’s rating team for the past 18 years, will now undertake a more a client focused role – specifically advising JLL’s Central London rating clients.
As part of the leadership changes, Simon Griffin and Jordan Fendick will assume new roles, leading the rating teams in London and the Midlands respectively.
Fullam said: “Business rates remain one of the most complex aspects of owning, occupying and managing real estate in the UK. It is essential that we help our clients to navigate the changing landscape, especially considering the rating revaluation 2026, effective 1 April 2026, which will mark a significant shift in property valuation and business rates across the UK. Our team, thanks in large part to Tim, is well-positioned to ensure our clients understand the implications of these changes for their portfolios and adopt the right strategies.”
