JLL has taken 10,219 sq ft on the first floor of MEPC’s 12 Wellington Place office development in Leeds.
The company, which is joint letting agent on the scheme, employs more than 80 people in Leeds and will relocate to its new base from elsewhere in the city next year.

JLL and Savills are joint commercial letting agents on the scheme, with Lyons Thompson Letts marketing the retail and leisure space.
