Protogreen UK has bought Cambridge House in Peterborough from a private investor for £2.15m.

The recycling company intends to refurbish and occupy the two-storey building, which provides circa 18,000 sq ft of office space, circa 31,850 sq ft of warehouse space and around 560 sq ft of chilled storage space.

The building sits on a 2.40 acre site on Oxney Road around two miles from Peterborough city centre.

Edward Gee, associate director in the business space team at Savills Peterborough, who represented the private client on the sale, said: “We are delighted to complete the sale of Cambridge House which is situated in a well-established commercial area of Peterborough.”
