Joint agent appointed at Derby shopping centre

CBRE has been appointed to work on a joint agency basis with FHP at Derbion shopping centre in the heart of Derby city centre.

The CBRE leasing team, which is made up of Stephen Proudley, Emi Turner, Amy Carroll and Lucia Sanderson, have 46 years’ combined experience across the Central London and regional retail markets.

Over the last four years, Derbion has undergone an extensive repositioning and growth strategy, the focus of which has been to right size the centre to better suit the demands of its regional catchment with an improved fashion and branded offering, alongside more quality restaurant and leisure facilities.
