Commercial fit-out experts Max Steward and Chris Pratt have teamed up to launch a new office fit-out business called Archer.
Steward, who is the former managing director of ISG Agility, and Pratt, former joint managing director of BW Workplace Experts, have decades of experience of high-profile fit-out projects.
Their new venture will specialise in CAT A and B commercial office projects for landlords and occupiers, using traditional and hybrid detail and build procurement routes.
Archer will also benefit from the expertise of Mike Garrett and Jacob Hegarty, who both work for office design and build specialist Ikon, and will act as supportive partners and stakeholders in Archer.
Steward said: “We are specialists in the commercial office fit-out sector. Our mission is to build a brand synonymous with reliable, agile, and precision-focused project delivery, which is where the name comes from. We see a need in the market for a truly agile, forward-thinking offering that not only embraces the latest technologies, but also prioritises good old-fashioned customer care.”
Pratt added: “We are focused on continually adding value and delivering exceptional quality at every stage of the project. We believe that the key to success is a hands-on approach and providing clients and consultants with an owner-led personal delivery, resulting in a business that has a reputation built on lasting relationships forged on trust and exceptional service.”
Garrett said: “This exciting partnership also allows us to harness Max’s and Chris’ vast experience to further bolster Ikon’s approach to project delivery, quality and process, which will be key in supporting our current growth, whilst maintaining the speed and flexibility of our D&B business.”
