Fiera Real Estate and Wrenbridge have let a 16,942 sq ft unit to an unnamed advanced maritime systems company at the Sonar logistics scheme in Portsmouth.
Following completion of the deal, the scheme is now 50% let, with a further unit currently under offer and “significant interest” reported on the remaining four units.
The units are BREEAM Excellent and EPC A-rated and feature PV panels and EV charging points, giving substantial reductions in energy consumption and associated costs to occupiers.
The site, which was purchased through the Fiera Real Estate Opportunity Fund V UK (FREOF V UK), is located between Limberline Road and Norway Road, adjacent to Hilsea Rail Station just moments from the M27.
