Pan-European real estate investment and asset manager MARK Capital Management (MARK) has made two new hires.
Rodney Hunt, who has more than 20 years of experience across key regional UK markets, has joined the firm as a UK vice president within the investment and asset management division of Crossbay, the specialist urban logistics strategy of MARK.
Prior to joining MARK, Hunt was a director at UK-focused industrial asset and development manager Canmoor and an investment director at Property Alliance Group and Epsilon Real Estate Partners.
Nnes Ajukwu (pictured) has also joined as a senior associate in the client solutions team at MARK, where she will focus on investor communications and fundraising initiatives. Ajukwu started her career as a capital markets lawyer at Clifford Chance and previously worked in investor relations at Castleforge.
Hunt said: “Crossbay has carved out a market-leading position in European urban logistics thanks to its ability to unlock a granular asset class through a deeply embedded network of local on-the-ground teams across its target markets. I look forward to playing a key role in building Crossbay’s UK presence and creating value for our investors across the portfolio.”
