Joint venture partners Manse and J Smart & Co (Contractors) have submitted plans for 200,000 sq ft+ of new industrial and logistics space at Eurocentral in North Lanarkshire.
The development, which comprises two high-specification industrial buildings of approximately 80,000 sq ft and 120,000 sq ft, will have a strong emphasis on sustainability, operational efficiency and high quality design.
Located between Glasgow and Edinburgh, Eurocentral is situated immediately adjacent to the new Junction 6A junction of the M8 motorway and the Chapelhall junction of the A8.
