Cabot Properties has let a recently refurbished 86,148 sq ft unit at Cabot Kettering to logistics operator DX Group on a 10-year lease.
The EPC A-rated Cabot 86 unit features EV charging points, seven dock level doors, six level access doors and Grade A office space.
Christian Smith, industrial director at Savills Birmingham, which alongside Prop-Search advised the landlord on the letting, said: “Demand for high quality logistics space in the Golden Triangle remains exceptionally strong and Cabot 86 represents exactly the type of modern, energy efficient facility that leading occupiers are targeting. Securing DX Group as a tenant highlight both the strength of the market and the appeal of Cabot Kettering as a core national distribution location.”
