Boutique Central London real estate consultancy Kauffmans has hired James Nicholls from Avison Young as a director in its capital markets team.
Nicholls was a director in Avison Young’s Central London capital markets team, working primarily with private investors from the UK and Asia.
Nicholls said: “Having worked with Kauffmans’ co-founders on various projects over the years, I’m genuinely excited for this next step in my career.
