Kennedy Wilson has signed several new leases, regears, and renewals totalling circa 89,000 sq ft at The Heights office park in Weybridge.
Two multinational corporates have regeared their leases on circa 50,000 sq ft and a multinational enterprise software corporation has also renewed and nearly doubled its current footprint to circa 27,500 sq ft at the 360,000 sq ft office park. Qualco has also signed for 10,000 sq ft of turnkey space at The Heights.
Kennedy Wilson is undertaking a comprehensive programme of sustainability focused improvements at The Heights, and earlier this year it launched the newly refurbished, circa 80,000 sq ft Building 4, which has an EPC A rating and also secured ActiveScore Gold. The developer said the building was currently 40% pre-let with “ongoing negotiations across the remaining space”.
Alasdair McInnes, director at Kennedy Wilson Europe, said: “The ongoing leasing momentum at The Heights, including the launch of Building 4, demonstrates the demand for modern, sustainable office space in this sub-market.
“The fact that several high-quality companies have chosen to renew leases and sign new agreements is a testament to our asset management team and its commitment to improving the office park’s sustainability and wellness credentials. Following the successful launch of Building 4, we continue to experience strong occupier interest and remain focused on leasing the remainder of the space.”
CBRE and JLL are joint leasing agents for The Heights.
