A large parcel of land in London’s King’s Cross area is being offered for sale by the Royal Mail Group and Parcelforce Worldwide.
CBRE has been appointed to market Royal College Place, which is currently occupied by Parcelforce Worldwide. The company is moving to a newly constructed facility in Tottenham and full vacant possession of its existing circa four-acre base will be delivered in spring/summer 2025.
The site is located in the heart of London’s Knowledge Quarter, adjacent to REEF Group’s Tribeca project and the new London BioScience Innovation Centre and CBRE anticipates there is likely to be “keen interest in the opportunity from the life science sector, as well as from office and residential developers and investors”.
